Meet Mary

Making Music and Mindfulness Accessible.

Mary Neil is a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner and community musician, who helps busy people find calm—five minutes at a time. Her approach blends science‑backed mindfulness with gentle somatic techniques to support stress relief, better sleep, and nervous system regulation without pressure or perfection.

Using a multi-modal approach, Mary focuses on short, trauma‑aware micro‑practices—breath resets, soothing body scans, and micro‑movement meditations that fit into real life.

Mary also curates vibrant community music events and recordings through KW Junk Music, believing that calm and creativity can coexist—and even amplify one another.

When she isn’t recording guided tracks or writing practical articles, Mary enjoys gratitude journaling with her kids and exploring ways to live with uncertainty.
